\u00a1Ya es un nuevo a\u00f1o y el comercio exterior lo sabe! Cambios en el comercio exterior en el 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n

Como hab\u00edamos escuchado con anterioridad al inicio de este a\u00f1o se iban a notar cambios en materia aduanera y regulaciones en el paquete econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

Es importante conocer todo sobre los cambios que habr\u00e1n debido a que pueden beneficiar a tu negocio y a la comercializaci\u00f3n de tus productos. En 2021 nos enfrentaremos a disyuntivas que incidir\u00e1n en nuestra personalidad econ\u00f3mica y cultural frente al mundo. Tener \u00e9xito depende de nuestra capacidad e ingenio para mantenernos abiertos a toda circunstancia que beneficie el bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La Iniciativa de la Reforma Fiscal para el a\u00f1o 2021, presentada el 8 de septiembre de 2020, indica cambios en materia aduanera y de comercio exterior y algunos estos cambios incluyen cambios en la definici\u00f3n de mercanc\u00eda dentro del CFF, supuestos de presunci\u00f3n de contrabando, entre otros.<\/p>\n

En particular, los cambios propuestos se enlistan a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Aplicaci\u00f3n de disposiciones de ley aduanera, cuando corresponda<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Revisiones electr\u00f3nicas<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Homologaci\u00f3n de definiciones del CFF y la Ley Aduanera<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Presunci\u00f3n de contrabando<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Excepciones en el orden de las facultades de comprobaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cabe mencionar que tambi\u00e9n el Gobierno Federal se\u00f1al\u00f3 en el Paquete Econ\u00f3mico para 2021 que la ratificaci\u00f3n del Tratado entre M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC) y la reconfiguraci\u00f3n del comercio por los cambios geopol\u00edticos a nivel mundial impulsar\u00e1n una recuperaci\u00f3n acelerada y sostenida de la actividad econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds en el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
