Sin embargo, ese no es su \u00fanico uso. Los documentos de transporte tambi\u00e9n funcionan, en algunos casos, como documentos de titularidad. Es decir, determinan qui\u00e9n tiene derecho a la posesi\u00f3n de los bienes. Asimismo, los documentos pueden ser estipulados en cartas de cr\u00e9dito documentarias, previendo la capacidad de control y pago oportuno de las mercanc\u00edas una vez que han sido enviadas,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">Y lo m\u00e1s importante: la documentaci\u00f3n brinda un respaldo a los titulares de las mercanc\u00edas y los protege durante su transportaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">Los siguientes son los principales documentos para transportar tu mercanc\u00eda, a cualquier lugar del mundo, por cielo, mar y tierra:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\" aria-level=\"\\\"1\\\"\">\n<h4><b>Carta de instrucciones para exportaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">:<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">Son instrucciones dadas al tren de carga. La carta contiene todos los detalles del exportador, el destinatario, la mercanc\u00eda y embalaje, y los requisitos, o instrucciones, particulares, para el transporte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\" aria-level=\"\\\"1\\\"\">\n<h4><b>Cartas de porte a\u00e9reas<\/b><span style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">:<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">No son documentos de t\u00edtulo, por lo que, a diferencia de los conocimientos de embarque, no garantizan que el titular sea el propietario de las mercanc\u00edas. Son redactadas por el portador, y funcionan como evidencia del contrato entre el exportador y el transportista. Funcionan como un recibo para los bienes en buen estado y condici\u00f3n aparentes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\" aria-level=\"\\\"1\\\"\">\n<h4><b>Cartas de porte mar\u00edtimas<\/b><span style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">:<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"font-weight:\" 400;\\\">Una vez m\u00e1s, no son documentos de titularidad. Estos certificados prueban el origen de las mercanc\u00edas y su conformidad con las normas establecidas por las autoridades o aduanas del pa\u00eds destino. Son documentos emitidos por la C\u00e1mara de Comercio, la embajada del pa\u00eds u otro representante, o ambos.
