Am\u00e9rica del Norte, es un acuerdo de comercio global que establece las reglas para el comercio internacional y la inversi\u00f3n entre Canad\u00e1, Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico. <\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">El TLCAN, acuerdo de comercio exterior entr\u00f3 en vigor el 1 de enero de 1994; suscrito por Brian Mulroney, primer ministro canadiense, George Bush, presidente de Estados Unidos y Carlos Salinas de Gortari, presidente de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\"><strong>Objetivos principales del acuerdo de comercio <a href=\"\/en\/\"https:>TLCAN<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Mejores condiciones de comercio entre los tres pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Eliminar los obst\u00e1culos al comercio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Facilitar la circulaci\u00f3n transfronteriza de bienes y servicios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Promover condiciones de competencia justa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Aumentar las oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Proporcionar protecci\u00f3n y cumplimento de los derechos de propiedad intelectual.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Resoluci\u00f3n de disputas comerciales e implantar un marco para una mayor cooperaci\u00f3n trilateral, regional y multilateral.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">El presidente de Estados Unidos Donald Trump prefiere que la renegociaci\u00f3n del TLCAN deje de ser un pacto trilateral; el objetivo es tener tratados bilaterales, es decir, tener un acuerdo con M\u00e9xico y otro con Canad\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">El 27 de agosto del 2018 se llev\u00f3 a cabo una renegociaci\u00f3n del TLCAN; este proceso ha durado un a\u00f1o, eliminando obst\u00e1culos clave que afecten a Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">A pesar de que Trump quiere llegar a acuerdos bilateral con Canad\u00e1 y M\u00e9xico, ambos pa\u00edses se han mantenidos firmes en mantener y firmar \u00fanicamente un acuerdo trilateral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">A pesar de que a\u00fan no existe un acuerdo formal de libre comercio entre Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico; se ha establecido un pacto entre los dos pa\u00edses sobre c\u00f3mo resolver problemas clave en su relaci\u00f3n comercial como parte de las conversaciones del TLCAN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Dentro de los acuerdos que se han llevado a cabo entre Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico, los que sol\u00edan ser de mayor importancia para resolver son:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\"><em>Cl\u00e1usula Sunset<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">El presidente Trump ten\u00eda la intenci\u00f3n de que el TLCAN expirara cada 5 a\u00f1os, salvo que los tres pa\u00edses prorroguen esa disposici\u00f3n; esto con el fin tener una renegociaci\u00f3n que permitiera alcanzar mejores t\u00e9rminos a su favor.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\"><em>Industria automotriz <\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">La industria automotriz mexicana ha sido de los sectores m\u00e1s beneficiados desde que inici\u00f3 el TLCAN, pero ahora podr\u00eda verse afectada por un incremento en la regla de origen; a pesar de que todav\u00eda no hay nada establecido, el mecanismo de aranceles podr\u00eda cambiar para algunos fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\\\"color:\" #000000;\\\">Entre los puntos clave alcanzados, hasta ahora y en espera de finalizaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n, se encuentran; el comercio digital, la propiedad intelectual y
