La Ley de los Impuestos Generales de Importaci\u00f3n y Exportaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> es mayormente conocida por sus siglas LIGIE, en ella se abarca toda la normatividad del comercio exterior del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

El objetivo principal de la LIGIE es codificar todas las mercanc\u00edas y determinar su clasificaci\u00f3n en el comercio internacional.<\/span><\/h3>\n

En la <\/span>LIGIE<\/strong><\/span> se incluyen diversas notas explicativas que conforman un resumen universal que contiene la interpretaci\u00f3n oficial de la nomenclatura en la que se basa la tarifa arancelaria, as\u00ed como en las que se definen algunos conceptos y se detallan las especificaciones de los productos que se incluyen y se excluyen.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

La LIGIE es la ley m\u00e1s corta porque solo cuenta con 2 art\u00edculos, los cu\u00e1les son:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tarifa Impuestos Generales de Importaci\u00f3n y Exportaci\u00f3n (TIGIE)<\/span><\/h2>\n

La importancia de clasificar las mercanc\u00edas radica en que se les debe aplicar sus respectivos impuestos de importaci\u00f3n o exportaci\u00f3n, para esto deber\u00e1n contar con un c\u00f3digo de identificaci\u00f3n universal para prop\u00f3sitos aduaneros, estad\u00edsticos y de transporte, por lo regular este c\u00f3digo es de 6 d\u00edgitos y dependiendo del pa\u00eds se le agregan 2 d\u00edgitos a dicha nomenclatura, para reconocer el arancel, los medios en que se transportan o conducen y los requisitos para ingresar o dar salida a la mercanc\u00eda de un pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n
