{"id":540,"date":"2019-10-04T09:00:54","date_gmt":"2019-10-04T15:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/royal-courier.com\/renovacion-de-los-incoterms-2020\/"},"modified":"2019-10-04T09:00:54","modified_gmt":"2019-10-04T15:00:54","slug":"renovacion-de-los-incoterms-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/royal-courier.com\/en\/renovacion-de-los-incoterms-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Renovaci\u00f3n de los Incoterms para el 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Renovaci\u00f3n de los Incoterms para el 2020<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hoy queremos compartirte informaci\u00f3n sobre la renovaci\u00f3n de los Incoterms para 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Los Incoterms son siglas que describen las condiciones de entrega de las mercanc\u00edas y productos, principalmente de tr\u00e1nsito internacional. No son obligatorios pero su uso es com\u00fan y facilitan el acuerdo de condiciones bajo un marco com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p>La encargada de crearlos es la C\u00e1mara Internacional de Comercio desde el a\u00f1o 1930 y con el tiempo se van renovando. La \u00faltima versi\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2010, entrando en vigor el 1 de enero del 2011. Pero pronto contaremos con los Incoterms 2020 que se espera que aparezcan en el \u00faltimo trimestre del 2019, entrando en vigor el 1 de enero del 2020.<\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de este cambio es hacerlos m\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticos y simples.<\/p>\n<p>Los Incoterms armonizan las condiciones de los env\u00edos y son de gran utilidad para cargadores, importadores y operadores log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 regulan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La entrega del producto: La elecci\u00f3n de los Incoterms depende de si la entrega se realiza directamente al comprador o a un intermediario.<\/li>\n<li>La responsabilidad de los riesgos: Definen qui\u00e9n debe asumir los riesgos y la contrataci\u00f3n de seguros y gastos. Cuando la mercanc\u00eda pasa por muchas manos es normal que existan conflictos.<\/li>\n<li>Definir qui\u00e9n se ocupa de los gastos: Dependiendo de la situaci\u00f3n, en ocasiones no coincide la persona que paga el transporte con la que asume el riesgo.<\/li>\n<li>La tramitaci\u00f3n aduanera: Definen qui\u00e9n se responsabiliza de gestionar con las aduanas el papeleo, el coste y tr\u00e1nsito de los productos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Renovaci\u00f3n de los Incoterms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uno de los cambios que se realizar\u00e1 en la versi\u00f3n 2020, ser\u00e1 la eliminaci\u00f3n de los Incoterms EXW y DDP, siendo uno de los cambios m\u00e1s importantes.\u00a0 Una de las razones de su eliminaci\u00f3n, es debido a que se tratan de operaciones dom\u00e9sticas. Vendedor-exportador (para el EXW) y comprador-importador (para el DDP).<\/p>\n<p>Se eliminar\u00e1 el Incoterm FAS, ya que es muy poco utilizado y solo se usa en el comercio exterior de algunas commodities. Otro cambio es desdoblar FCA en dos Incoterms, este es el m\u00e1s utilizado debido a su versatilidad y da la posibilidad de entregar la mercanc\u00eda en distintos lugares como domicilio del vendedor, puerto, aeropuerto, etc. Se estar\u00edan creando dos Incoterms FCA, uno para entregas terrestres y otro para mar\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<p>Desdoble del Incoterm DDP en dos: DTP que ser\u00eda cuando la mercanc\u00eda se entregue en una terminal en el pa\u00eds del comprador, y el vendedor se har\u00eda cargo del pago de los derechos aduaneros. Y el DPP, que ser\u00eda cuando la mercanc\u00eda se entrega en otro lugar, por ejemplo, el domicilio del comprador.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se crear\u00e1 un nuevo Incoterm: CNI (Cost and Insurance), incluir\u00eda el coste del seguro internacional por cuenta del vendedor-exportador y no incluir\u00eda flete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la siguiente tabla te compartimos las modificaciones.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Renovaci\u00f3n de los Incoterms para el 2020 Hoy queremos compartirte informaci\u00f3n sobre la renovaci\u00f3n de los Incoterms para 2020.
