Es decir, si el exportador por una u otra raz\u00f3n no puede hacer cumplir lo que dicte su contrato con el importador, \u00e9ste \u00faltimo puede acudir a una instituci\u00f3n bancaria que funcione como aval del exportador para obtener una compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica por medio de las garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las garant\u00edas est\u00e1n dividas en dos clases principales:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Garant\u00eda a primer requerimiento: <\/strong>Se cauterizan por ser la \u00fanicas que se pueden aplicar a un comprador extranjero y por ser de car\u00e1cter independiente al contrato.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Garant\u00eda condicional:<\/strong> Se caracterizan por proteger al exportador, ya que requiere de un justificante para emitir la garant\u00eda demandada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de \u00e9sas dos clases principales de garant\u00edas, existen subclases de diversa \u00edndole, sin embargo, las m\u00e1s comunes suelen ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licitaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Buena Ejecuci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>De devoluci\u00f3n o garant\u00eda de pago anticipado<\/li>\n<li>De pago \/ cobro<\/li>\n<li>Cumplimiento<\/li>\n<li>Sobregiro<\/li>\n<li>Carta de cr\u00e9dito de garant\u00eda o contingencia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cada una est\u00e1 regida bajo t\u00e9rminos espec\u00edficos que
